Kahya Hotel - Alanya

The food was varied and delicious throughout my stay.

Upon arrival, we faced a frustrating situation at the reception. The cleaning services were also disappointing, with towels provided that had stains, made me question the overall hygiene.

Fine hotel, nice room, nice pool area, perfect location on Kleopatra beach.

The beach was close to the hotel we stayed at. Property location was a few steps away from Damlatas Caves.

The variety of food was excellent, offering different themed meals throughout the week. I especially enjoyed the friendly bar staff, who always greeted us with a smile and personalized service .

too noisily each evening because of show, staff on reception almost doesn't speak English and sullen.it is difficult to use pool because the guests of hotel occupy pool-beds how hardly not from 5 a.m.

Really we spend a very nice time in the hotel. The location and the facilities provided will full board including the soft drink , moreover I would like to thanks the management of hotels and the reciption staff for all the support provided ,sure we will returen back in future

The hotel has a lovely location and the food was quite nice, but honestly, i was appalled by the rude reception staff. The cleaning was a mere joke. Come on, i expected at least a complimentary welcome gift for putting up with this mess! Absoluteley disappointing. I really wanted to give a glowing review but just couldn't.

The attentive bar staff, always ready to suggest drinks, made meals even more pleasant. Direct beach access was a lovely perk. It would have been better if the Wi-Fi connection had been more reliable, as it required a cumbersome login process.

I had a great experience at this hotel, especially because it's just steps away from the beautiful cleopatra beach and the famous alanya aquapark, making it super easy to enjoy both relaxation by the sea and thrilling water fun .

The food was super good and there was always a big variety, so we never got bored of it. The bar staff were really nice and always had a smile on their face. The pool games were fun, and the kids had a blast at the mini-disco. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.

The compact size of the hotel limits activities. There isn't much to do beyond poolside lounging. Cleanliness falls short, with reports of room upkeep lacking daily attention, like fresh towels or thorough cleaning. WIFI access required cumbersome procedures with passport info.

Free Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, but the 24-hour reception was helpful. Nice beach access.
